Introspection

Not every individual has a specific goal in mind they would like to work on or they simply do not know how to move past their current situation.

At Introspective Compass, individuals can opt for a space to explore and reflect on their difficulties. As a forensic psychologist and a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, I was trained to draw from various psychological theories to help individuals think about what they are going through. 

Although change can be facilitated, the aim of the treatment is to explore and reflect to help individuals move forward.
