I have worked for over 12  years with people experiencing a range of difficulties in various settings such as prisons, charities supporting refugees and recovering addicts, NHS Trusts and a Private hospital.

Throughout the years, I have developed specialized skills in treating Trauma and I am currently the trauma lead in a NHS Trust. I am also working with adults with low mood and anxiety-related difficulties, such as depression, generalized anxiety, loss, work-related stress, major life changes, phobias, panic attacks and PTSD.

I use CBT as the overarching treatment framework, however thanks to my background and training I draw from various psychological theories to personalize treatment to each individual. I am also trained as an Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.
Having grown up in France, lived in Spain, Argentina and the USA and through my extensive travels, I became particularly sensitive and tolerant to cultural differences which reflects in my work.

I am a Forensic psychologist with a masters degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York and post graduate qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) IAPT programme from Royal Holloway.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as well as fully accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

I offer sessions in French and English.
